The Universal Pre-K (UPK) program at The Belle Center offers an innovative full day of learning with a Certified Teacher and Support Staff. Provides a hands -on curriculum that is based on scientific research and equips children with the foundational skills they need to succeed as lifelong learners. UPK at The Belle Center is FREE and is currently open to any Buffalo resident who is 4 years of age. The program operates Monday – Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
