Buffalo: Let’s Heal & Build Together True safety isn’t just about patrols, it’s about partnership, presence, and peace. We are coming together for a Community Healing Circle, a dedicated space to bridge the gap and foster genuine connection between our neighbors, the Buffalo Police Department (B District), and the Erie County Restorative Justice Coalition (ECRJC).
